Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the method of your choice. Ground shipments are sent UPS. Expedited orders are sent same day as long the order is placed by 2PM EST. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

International Orders: We currently offer USPS for international orders. MUMBRELLA™ is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. We strongly recommend using USPS Priority or Express methods if you need your package to arrive in a time sensitive manner. Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. First Class International, while an affordable method, may vary in transit time and reliability depending on your own country’s postal system. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.


Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.


We take great pride in our products, and hope you are delighted with your  MUMBRELLA™.   If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days for a complete refund, less the shipping cost, and a $5 restocking fee.

All sale items are final. No refunds or store credits are available on any of these purchases. Please be aware that MUMBRELLA™ reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.

Instructions for returning an item:

  1. Email us at info@mumbrella.com with item you are returning, name and email address, along with copy of order invoice.
  2. Repack the item in its original box and attach your pre-printed return label.
  3. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. MUMBRELLA™ cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.
  4. Mail your return with the appropriate postage.


We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you’re shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured and your credit card information is never stored.


MUMBRELLA™ strives to ensure the security and safety of its customers and reserves the right to reject any order which raises concern. If there appear to be irregularities regarding an order, we will contact the customer before processing the order to protect their interests and ours.
